Fertility tests for him
\nIn the case of men, the initial and most common test to evaluate their fertility is
\nthe seminogram. This test analyzes different parameters of the
\nspermatozoa:
\n\uf0b7 Concentration (number of sperm per milliliter of semen) <\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Mobility (ability of spermatozoa to move)
\n\uf0b7 Vitality (number of living spermatozoa)
\n\uf0b7 Morphology (structure and shape of the spermatozoa)<\/p>\n

If the semen analysis reveals any alteration, it is possible that complementary
\ntests may be requested, such as a sperm DNA fragmentation study, to
\nanalyze if the sperm DNA is damaged. A sperm FISH, which evaluates the chromosomal content of the
\nspermatozoa, could also be performed
\n. <\/p>\n

Fertility tests for both
\nThere are tests that may be necessary for both members of the couple, such as
\nkaryotype. This test analyzes the chromosomes to determine if there are
\ngenetic alterations that may be hindering conception.
\nFinally, before starting any assisted reproduction treatment, it is
\nessential to perform a serological analysis of infectious diseases,
